Notary fees, apostille charges, translation fees, and other third-party professional costs incurred in connection with your service.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 3 days if you are an individual acting outside of a business context. If we have begun work at your request before the 3-day window has passed, your right to cancel may be reduced or removed.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot redirect refunds to a different bank account, card, or payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 3–7 working days to appear in your account after we initiate the refund.
If a service is cancelled, suspended, or rejected as a result of you providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation — including identity documents, proof of address, or business information — no refund will be issued. We are legally required to report suspected fraud and money laundering to the relevant UK authorities.
If we accept your bank account application and are unable to open a UK bank account for you — for any reason — we refund 100% of our service fee. There are no deductions, no administration charges, and no conditions beyond providing truthful documentation. The guarantee is only voided if you provide fraudulent information. In every other scenario, you get your money back.
The 3-day window runs from the calendar day your order is confirmed by us — not from when you placed it. It means you have three full calendar days to cancel your order. If you cancel within this window and we have not yet started work, a full or partial refund applies depending on the service. If you cancel after this window, or after we have started work, no refund is available.
The £50 administration charge applies to cancellations of address services, nominee director services, and general services within the 3-day window. It covers the internal costs we incur from the point of order — including KYC checks, document processing, system setup, and account manager time. It does not apply to company formation (pre-submission) or bank account services.
Once we confirm your refund in writing, we initiate the payment within 7 working days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider — typically 3–7 working days for cards, and 1–3 working days for bank transfers. Total time from request to receipt is usually between 7 and 14 working days. We will confirm the exact timeline for your specific case.
Our guarantee covers our service fee — which is what we charge for facilitating and managing your bank account application. If a bank declines your application due to factors outside our control (such as the bank's own risk appetite changes or regulatory restrictions), our guarantee still applies and you receive a full refund of our fee. Bank application fees, if any, are charged directly by the bank and are outside our control.
No. Once a readymade company transfer has been filed with Companies House, the transaction is legally binding and cannot be reversed without a formal dissolution or re-transfer process — which involves additional costs and government fees. For same-day shelf company transfers, you must request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you have a concern before transfer.
If you believe a service was delivered incorrectly, incompletely, or not as described, please contact us directly.
